Theater Set Up 

Begin Set Up

We will start working on getting the set up and space ready to perform.
If you are available PLEASE COME HELP! Many hands make light work.
Dinner for set up crew only will be served at 4:30 pm. 

Set Up

We will spend all day finishing up the set and decorating.
PLEASE COME  HELP! We will be there all day. Come for as long as you can.
Lunch and supper for set up crew only will be served at 12 pm and 4:30 pm.

Immediately following the final performance we will celebrate
​with cake and Christmas music before beginning clean up.
​We will tear down all of the set and decorations.
All adult cast, choir and crew are required to help clean up.
